ELV Solutions has a duty of care to ensure that property belonging to others is looked after. From the moment we remove a vehicle, our highly trained staff are tasked with ensuring that no harm should come to the property in our care. Our pounds are secure and well lit. Both are fully manned and managed using the latest systems to give an up to date account of vehicle movements within the pound space.
In the event that your vehicle has been removed, it is essential that you bring with you the correct documentation as well as payment that is needed before you can drive your car away! The documents that are required are listed (right).
It is recommended that you inspect your car prior to leaving the pound for any damage that might have been sustained. Please make any observations known to the pound assistant who will record your comments.
