Modern Slavery Act Statement

ELV Solutions Ltd is fully committed to operating our business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. We recognise the importance of protecting human rights and take seriously our obligations under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring that neither occurs in our operations or supply chains.

Our Commitment

  • We are part of the Redcorn group, providing vehicle removal, relocation, storage, and disposal services across London and the South East.
  • We work only with suppliers and contractors who share our ethical standards and demonstrate compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
  • We embed modern slavery risk management into our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ensuring supplier checks and due diligence are part of our core processes.
  • We continuously review our practices and supply chains to reduce risks and promote transparency.

What We Do

Supplier Due Diligence

All new suppliers undergo risk-based assessments and must comply with our Code of Conduct.

Contractual Controls

Our agreements include mandatory compliance clauses and, where appropriate, audit rights.

Training & Awareness

Employees receive training to identify and escalate potential risks of modern slavery.

Reporting Mechanisms

Confidential channels are in place for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to raise concerns.

Measuring Our Progress

We track and review the following key performance indicators annually:

  • 100% of new suppliers assessed for modern slavery risks
  • 95%+ of relevant employees trained in modern slavery awareness
  • Zero tolerance of reported incidents, with full investigation of any raised concerns

Transparency

This statement forms part of our Integrated Management System and reflects our ESG commitment to responsible business practices. It is reviewed annually by our Board of Directors and will be published on both our website and the UK Government Modern Slavery Statement Registry.
